About CS Executive Coaching in Gurgaon
CS Executive is Second Leve of Company Secretary Course. Admission to the CS Executive Course is open throughout the year. Students who have passed CSEET (CS foundation) exam, are eligible for CS Executive registration and CS Exam is conducted twice a year in June & December.
Eligibility
Passing of CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is mandatory for all candidates to register for the CS Executive Programme, except a few exempted categories of candidates.
All Graduates/ Post Graduates are eligible for registration directly to CS Executive Programme and they are exempted from CSEET exam.
Last Date For Admission To CS Executive Course
Last date to register or admission for CS Executive Course for June and December Examination
- For June term examination- 31st January for only one Group & 30th Nov for Both Group
- For December term examination- 31st July for only one Group & 31st May for Both Group
Exemptions from CSEET
Candidates who have passed the Final Examination of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and/or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) are exempted from CSEET and shall pay `5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) towards exemption fee at the time of Registration to CS Executive Programme.

Examination Fee of CS Executive
Examination Fee of CS Executive Course is Rs.1500 for Group one and Rs. 3000 both Group and ICSI provide 50% rebate in CS Executive Registration fee for SC and ST Category Students.

Syllabus for CS Executive Course have been divided in two Groups of 4 papers Group 3 Papers containing 100 marks each

- ICSI Syllabus Objective:
- Focuses on principles, laws, and interpretation at the Executive Level.
- Grouping of Papers in Group 1 aligns with:
- Ease of Learning
- Balance between Theoretical/Legal and Practical aspects.
- Strengthening of fundamental concepts relevant to Group 2 papers.
Advisory: Students are advised to prioritize Group 1 while appearing for the Executive Programme Examination.

- Combination of 20% Case-Based Objective-Type Questions and 80% Descriptive Questions for all papers except:
- Paper 4: Corporate Accounting and Financial Management (100% Descriptive).

Passing Criteria
CS Executive Examination Passing Criteria: Students be declared ‘PASS’ in CS Executive on securing 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate.
