About CA Final course
The CA Final is the last level of the Chartered Accountancy course, focusing on advanced topics like Financial Reporting, Taxation, Auditing, Strategic Financial Management, and Risk Management. It requires in-depth knowledge and practical skills, preparing students for leadership roles in accounting, finance, and auditing. The exam consists of two groups, with 8 subjects in total. Eligibility Criteria or Qualification Required for CA Final Course: Register for CA Final Course after passing Both Groups of CA Intermediate. Successfully completed 4 Weeks of Advanced ICITSS in last 2 years of Practical Training, Appear in Final Exam during last six months of Practical Training & after successful completion of Advanced ICITSS – Complete Three Years Remaining Practical Training, Qualify CA Final Exam – Become a Member of ICAI.

Students who want to pursue CA Final Courses have to register online for the course Last Date or cut-off date of Registration or admission for CA Final Course with ICAI for May and November Examination (Register for CA – Inter: 9 Months before Exam)

Syllabus For CA Final Course
Syllabus for CA Final Course has been divided into Two Groups, each Group contains three Papers, A student can appear in either one group or both groups at a time. The Final Course consists of two Groups – Group I and Group II. Group I consist of Three Core papers and Group II consists of Three Paper – Two Core Papers along with One Elective Paper. Students at the time of registration for Final Course have to opt for one out of the six options available in the Elective Paper. Subjects are given as follows –

Marking Scheme
To qualify, a student must secure at least 40% marks in each subject and an aggregate of 50% across all four papers.
Note : There is no negative marking in objective paper { 30% of each paper}
