About CS Executive Coaching in Gurgaon
CS Executive is Second Level of Company Secretary Course. Candidates can register for CS Executive Course throughout the year who have passed CSEET and CS Exam is conducted twice in a year in June & December.
Eligibility
- Candidates who have passed CSEET exam can register for CS Executive.
- Candidates who have passed the Final Examination of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and/or The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) are exempted from CSEET and shall pay `5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) towards exemption fee at the time of Registration to CS Executive Programme.

Syllabus for CS Executive Course have been divided in two Groups of 4 papers containing 100 marks each

Passing Criteria
Student have to secure 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate.
Declaration of Result
Result of CS Executive Examination conducted in June and December will be Declared
- Declaration of Results of December Examination – 25th February
- Declaration of Results of June 2020 Examination – 25th August
Foundation Route: Candidates who have passed the CS Foundation Programme.
Direct Entry Route: Graduates or postgraduates in any discipline (excluding Fine Arts) can register directly for the CS Executive Programme.

Filling out the registration form.
Uploading required documents.
Paying the registration fee.

Pre-Exam Test Fee: ₹1,000
One-Day Orientation Fee: ₹600

Mode: Offline (pen-and-paper)
Duration: 3 hours per paper
Passing Criteria: Minimum 40% in each paper and 50% aggregate in all subjects in a module.
Secures 60% or more marks in any paper but does not clear the module.
Holds a qualification like CA/CMA that allows exemption in specific subjects.
Become a Certified Company Secretary.
Work as a compliance officer, legal advisor, corporate planner, or governance expert in organizations.
Refer to ICSI study materials and past question papers.
Create a study plan with dedicated time for revision.
Practice writing answers for theoretical papers.
Focus on case studies and practical problems.
To appear in the December attempt, register before 31st May of the same year.
